Heading back from Galveston & NASA trip. I had always wanted to stop at this statue. What better time than when we had one of our grandchildren with us. Luke is about 50" tall...that is one big statue. I wonder if he looked that big to Santa Anna?

This photo was made from our backyard. The sunset was pretty but not spectacular so I started looking for something to put it with. The maple by the driveway was putting out it's leaves and it seem to work.
